Good service offered by infibeam. Review on Infibeam

I ordered an iphone from infibeam I paid them via my debit card on 4th december 2015. I was told that I will receive my product in 2-3 days time but the product was stuck and still the shipment was pending. I was angry and called for cancellation of my product on 7th december because I read some bad reviews about the fraud and looting the customer.

The product was cancelled the same day and was told to receive my refund within 5-7 days and they have initiated the refund. After 5 days I called and asked them about my refund they replied u need to contact your bank as we didnt catch the payment. I then contacted my bank and got refund within next 7 days. The aervice of infibeam is good but sometimes takes too much time as they dont work or deliver on holidays. Was worried after reading the reviews and thought my money is gone but I think I will recommed it and will buy products from infibeam in futurem the service wasnt that good u can compare it to govt's postal services.
