After posting this review I received call from Infibeam and the person at the other end was very sympathetic towards my past experience in infibeam. They have now promised to pay special attention towards delivery schedules. Because of this I am changing the product recommendation to Yes but the delivery schedule is yet to be tested.

I had very horrible experience with this website. I have used this website 3 times for ordering and 2 out of 3 times they failed to deliver ontime. I am narrating my experience in chronological order:
First time I came across this webiste was by accident as I wanted to send b'day cake to my fiancee who was in another city at that time. It was actually on the eve of her b'day that I ordered a cake from this website. The website had mentioned delivery within 0-1 business days and this encouraged me to order. Nowhere any cut off time was mentioned for next order. I also specifically mentioned in their special request column to have the cake delivered the next day on time. But they failed to deliver the cake next day. After repeated followups with their customer service they delivered the cake day after its scheduled delivery. Their customer service lady is quite arrogant and their wasnt even a hint of any apology in her tone. Her verdict was that the webiste receives several orders and its difficult to handle special requests! She did not even have a clue about their vendor in that specific city where the delivery was supposed to be made!!!!!
Although first time the delivery was late but the gift (i.e cake) was appreciated very well. So I decided to use it again. This time to order cake for my cousin's b'day. This time the cake was delivered on time and again the quality was quite good.
Having one good experience, I decided to use this website once again totally unaware that delivery on time is purely by chance on this website!!!!
This time it was for my parent's anniversary, I ordered cake and flowers and the payment was made through net banking. To my horror only the cake was delivered and the flowers were missing!!! I thought may be they have a separate vendor for flowers and hence will be delivered later. Well you wont believe it the flowers were delivered a good 3-4 days later even when I had asked them to cancel the delivery and refund the money for the flowers. I even got an email confirmation that my orders were delivered even though the flowers were not delivered at all initially!!! Customer service as usual was useless and a utter waste of time, they lady didn't even apologize even once! grues its usual business for them. She also promised to check and return my call but I never received any calls from them.
Please do not use this website for gifting as its a waste of time and money and also an embarrassment when the gifts reach late.
