So, I ordered a HP notebook from infibeam.com a while back. The product I got was defective. I notified this to them, the same day. It took them more than 3 months to solve the matter!
After following up with them almost every day. They asked me to get the defective piece serviced at the service center and were just not ready to take it back. Zero coordination between this company and the vendor. I should be awarded to be so patient with them. I even told them that I was so disappointed that I would start crying.
I have no idea how this site is still working. Don't have words to explain what I went through.
Pathetic is a small word for their service. Beware! is what I can say.
