My order number is 8994785 . I had ordered for an AKAI 40'" LED TV on 28th June, 2012 . I made the payment of Rs 36, 990 through my Dad's Credit Card. The order was supposed to be shipped on 2nd July and reach me on 5th July, 2012 . Then on 29th June , I got a call from customer care to upload the details of my father in order to avoid fraud and to provide landmark for identification of my house in the address provided at the site ( which is not required as many orders from jabong.com and flipkart.com have been already delivered at my address without any difficulty ).
So I uploaded my dad's Identity proof on my profile and also changed my address on 2nd July, 2012 . Then I waited till 4th July and called the customer care to know the reason why my order has not been shipped. The customer care replied that they will forward a complain on my behalf and call me to help me know my shipment status. Then on 5th July I called the customer care and this time the same answer. Today is 6th July and I got the same old answer that they would try to resolve my problem as soon as possible. My order is yet to be shipped.
I had a good notion about infibeam.com but looks like I am wrong.
