I ordered 2 books on 18th of October. It was shipped on 20th from Mumbai and the latest tracking information is of 20th itself.
They do not reply to mails. Their call center number is always busy(waiting list 25 to 28). Today is 30th and I have no information of the products. There is no option of even cancelling it. I do online shopping from many websites but the experience has never been this bad!
