I have purchased a Rechargeable Emergency lamp from infibeam and they shipped the product after 10 days. The product that was received was cracked and faulty and did not charge even after charging for 2 day(48 hours).
Since the product is damaged and faulty, I have asked for a replacement and they started the ranting with scripted emails asking for pictures of the product which I have promptly sent on the same day I have received the product.
Even after receiving the pictures of the product there was no acknowledgement or any communication from them about the product replacement or refund. I had called atleast for more than 10 times in a span of 5 days and their response over call is also scripted stating that they have raised the request for backend team and that they will get back to us without any ETA.
After multiple escalations to the supervisor and requests for refund finally they have agreed for the refund after a whopping period 45 days. Imagine 45 days of following for getting a refund and their customer service via phone and email was pathetic and nobody was aware of what was happening with my requests.
To summarize and put it simply.
You can only buy from Infibeam if you have unlimited patience and abundant time for following up with them for any concern as their Customer service sucks, plus their vendor's are pathetic.
I have rated 1 star for all the items since there is no way to rate in Negative Stars.
