After writing here the gift has reached the concerned person.I have been a regular shopper with infibeam.com. So far things have been good. My books etc. had arrived on time. But this time my gift to one recipient residing at Belur, West Bengal has not reached him. Repeated emails to infibeam has not elicited any response. Only once, about four days ago, one lady from the company asked me to directly call up the courier company.This in spite of the fact I have bought everything from their Pi reader to thousands of rupees worth of books.
Their customer service it seems to me is abysmal since my emails too go unanswered.
