The worst ever online shopping experience. Review on Industrybuying

I bought Black and Decker auto Dustbuster Vacuum Cleaner Model: ACV1205 with cyclonic action. I ordered it on 1st Jan 2017 and it was delivered to me on 4th Jan 2017. When I opened the package the box of the vacuum cleaner was totally worn out. and there were some accessories missing. also there were scratches on the product(looking like the product was used one). on the same day called the customer care and they initiated the return and refund request and asked me to send an email with snaps of the product. the product was picked up form my home on 8th Jan 2017. and it reached the vendors town on 12/01/2017, from the very next day the delivery boy is trying to deliver the product and its today 18/01/2017 the package is still with the courier company. Moreover one time the the industry buying watchman refused to accept the courier and many time their office is closed at the time of delivery. I have also talked to their customer care executives about the refund and they say that once the company receives the product, it will be checked by quality assurance team and then they will initiate the return. I also told them I have send the pictures of the product and made unboxing video but all in vain.

Other online shopping websites such as flipkart, snapdeal, amazon etc refund the customers money the very next day after the courier company picks the product on return request.

this is my first time worst experience of online ordering. I am feeling like that this year is not lucky for me as I ordered it on 1/1/2017.

I will never prefer any one to buy any product form this website rathen than I will always ask to go with other online ordering websites.
