I am having a salary account in this bank since a year , it sucks more if we need some urgent updation to be done at the branch . I had needed my passbook so visited the home branch , there I was told to get the passbook I need to contact the person who had opened my salary account . You can just imagine how pathetic their service is as well as their employees. The lady who was as head at the branch , was not ready even to hear my concern . How we could expect better services if their employees don't cooperate with the customers.
