I am using this Induslnd bank Salary Account since 10 years. I have faced no issues at all with this bank; When I visit the bank I get warm response from the bank employees. All employees are well trained and knowledgeable people.
The experience was so good as of now. The banking services and the facilities are very good when compared to all other bank.
Online Banking is too good and ATM Branches are working fine. From Last 10 years I visited the branch very few times means all banking activities can be done Online and Phone. No need to visit the branches frequently. I really love this Bank Service.
The mobile app also simply superb and very user friendly. Customer care support also doing great job. I really appreciate them.
I have bank accounts in Canara Bank & Karnataka Bank and all But Indusind is the Best Bank I have ever experienced in my Life.
Indusind Bank providing Free Check book and NEFT and IMPS transfers available for Free of cost.
If you apply for checkbook online they will send it to your door step.
These facilities I have not seen in any other Banks.
I would like to suggest the bank to increase their ATM's. No other things to be improved except this.
I referred many of my friends & colleagues to have bank account with IndusInd Bank.
