I have visited the branch for opening SB A/c for using trade with upstox 3in1. unfortunately the corona lock down is going they could not help . So I open online account and paid initial funding on 10th April. On 13th went bank for depositing a cheque, surprisingly they refused to take cheque because account is not activated. same time I could deposit transfer rs100 through Sbi yono using Ifsc and account no. Same day I have submitted KYC documents for verification. After my Rs100 deposit on 14th my initial payment 20, 294 credited to my account which I paid on 10th. they took 4 days to execute online transfer. On 17th went to bank and ask for passbook, they refused. They sent internet banking Id but no provision to create password with out Debit card, what does mean by online account with out internet credentials? also my account upi created by bank is not verified and not operational till now. bank saff are irresponsible, software is worst .
It is total bakwass bank. do not go to them. I just tried for my upstox trading account to make as 3in1 account, but left with grate disappointment.
edit on 24/05/2020:- They sent debit card two days ago, which is invalid for generating PIN. till now I could not do any thing with this useless bank account!
on 26th went to bank to activate savings bank but they could not do it because software glitch . ATM PIN could not able to generate so nothing can be done . so it is really Fg bank
