Opened online saving account gave all documents . video KYC done by there representative fine all documents name etc. verified. Within 3 days got DC, CB etc.good, but having wrong name on all kits now.
Struggled hours to report this on app, email finally got there customer care personal on call and he said . close this account and re-open(IS IT?) for that visit branch . we cant do online .
IndusInd bank you can open account online. you make mistake online . but cant correct it .how come . on what proof you opened wrong name account with my documents .
