We had Home Loan, CC limits, Saving Bank Accounts with this bank, now we have closed all our accounts with this crooked bank and had severed every relationship with this bank. They are charging exorbitant interest rates 17.25% against 11.50% available in the market from Nationalized Banks.
They are basically cheats. At the first we wanted to drag them in the court of law to bring them to justice then dropped the idea seeing the time consuming process of courts.
For small and medium business concerns we would suggest to go the Nationalized Banks for cheaper rate interest. Money saved is money earned. Best of luck.
