Never open an account in indusind bank even at zero balance as you never know when they might change their policies overnight and if by mistake you have opened an account , never apply for credit card and instant loan because these are the ways they charge huge interest and suppose you miss two month emi or payments due to some family or financial issues , they will make you run to arrange the bounced payments without any relaxation. If you reach home at 8 pm after hectic day , the collection agents visit your home even by 9 : 30 pm and ask you to pay the amount on immediate basis. The customer care does not have manners to talk with the customers and they even give you sarcastic replies so just shared my experiences because now we have better banks like IDFC Bank , icici , hdfc who understand their customers and provide them options to sort the issues out.
