I have applied for Personal loan of 25000, when they initiated the conversation they told that the rate of interest was 12.99% and no processing fee.
I Provided the required documents and then after couple of days they credited the money to my account and then they charged around 5000rs as processing fee and the rate of interest will be 15% I requested them to take back their money but they told that there was no way to take back those funds .
If you look at the bank EMI chart they are charging too much rate of interest with in the first 12 months since they having a policy customer cann't foreclose this loan before 12 months
So my Sincere request for the reviewers is please please do not even read any advertisements from Indusind bank .
