Froze my accounts without informing me due to not submitting RE-KYC.


No email, no notification when access the online bank account about submitting RE-KYC.


Just one fine day you will find that your account is frozen.


ICICI is much better in that regards, atleast they simply dont just freeze accounts.


and, it has been more than a month that I submitted my re-kyc docs and there is no reply as yet.


sent so many emails to ask status update but no reply to my emails.


worst bank ever.


After waiting for 20+ days I wrote to the bank:


Dear Sir/ Madam,


My account was blocked due to non-submission of RE-KYC documents.


Customer ID: XXXXXXXX


After writing to NRI section of the bank they advised me to email the scam copy of fatca form and kyc documents. However, after multiple emails that I have sent with the documents there is no reply from the bank.


It has been over a month now. So I sent my relative to inquire at the branch office in India. The bank representative there is asking to submit hard copy of the documents.


Does Indusind bank employess think we are fools that we should come down to India to submit a document or incur cost to send documents across to the bank?


Give me a solution please. It is urgent because I need to transfer money from my account and it is blocked.

Now you can see that it is only a copy paste reply and did not answer my query.


Please stay away from this stupid bank.
