Last Dec, I unfortunately went to open an account with this bank. My worst experience with this bank and its people
They made obvious irresponsible mistakes with the names which they shouldnt as per the policy either as not to tamper with customers details
I had to run after different teams to get the their own mistakes corrected and it took 1.5 months of my own personal time wasted with them
I frustratingly escalated my complaint to their nodal, ombudsman and RBI. But they dont even read the complaint document and its details, instead passing the complaint bank to the less sensed bank people only. They all support each other without taking action and how will we get our concerns addressed and hence how will the bank improve even to average service level.
No use of going to nodal, ombudsman and RBI. Based on my interaction with each of them, it all sits there and deals with our complaints for salary as if it is some household work and nothing more attentive. I dont know why this nodal, ombudsman, rbi all present if they cant regulate and question banks mistakes which headaches pushed to us customers
these bank simply even claim that customers time is thing for them and we can simply waste our personal time for their mistakes but they get paid for every minute of their worthless job and mistakes. Someone should teach these people of meaning of basic responsibility and respect of others time
Overall, this bank has people with no brains, no service sense, no common sense. Hope someone intervene and close this bank for running with extremely irresponsible and below average work
