My elder sister has her company's salary account with IndusInd Bank. Because of her good financial record, the bank offered her a free Platinum Master card. Since Indus Ind bank is not really much spoken about like people usually talk about HDFC, or Standard Chartered, or ICICI, and so on, I really thought that this bank isn't really great and so will the credit card be just good for nothing. But what I have noticed over a due course of time is that there are several benefits of owning an Indus Ind Master card.
First of all, there is almost a cashback or some goodie attached with almost any transaction that you make with this card. There are free movie tickets that you can avail of, plus 2.5 percent cahback on fuel, innumerable discounts while shopping, and the list is endless. Secondly, the online transaction is very easy, and you also get SMS alerts of every transaction made.
The customer support system of Indus Ind credit card department is quite well spoke and helpful. They do not have scripted or boiler plate responses, in fact they will listen to your questions, understand them and provide appropriate solutions. A strong customer support service is very important in the success of every organization and Indus Ind understands this very well. The charges per year for this card is pretty much reasonable, too. The only drawback is the credit limit, which is low as compared to the credit cards of other banks.
