Dear Friends,
I purchased Usha Cookjoy(With Schott ceran Glass)Induction cooker on 1st Nov'12 and used it for only few days that too for making Porridge(dalia) in the morning and suddenly on 6th Dec'12 it stopped working. Called up Service centre on 7th Dec'12 and they said someone will attend in 48 hours and surprising till 9th Dec'12 when I am writing this review no one from Usha seems to be bothered.
I purchased USHA against Prestige and any other brand considering it's a good company and that too I selected their costliest Induction cooker by paying Rs. 4800/- approx. though Induction cookers are easily available in the market starting from Rs. 2000/-, thinking that it's a good company and their products must be good but I was wrong.
If appliances from a reputed company also cannot work for even 1 month then I guess these companies should discontinue these products. Also the companies should replace it if it stops working with in 2-3 months instead of repairing it.
Now I am planning to go to the CONSUMER FORUM against them. Will update you all very soon.
ONCE AGAIN DO NOT PURCHASE USHA COOKJOY INDUCTION WHICH COMES WITH SCHOTT CERAN GLASS. THEY ARE CHEATING.
