My father has been admitted twice in Indraprastha Apollo hospital once for angioplasty and later for eye surgery. No doubt they are equipped with state of the art technology and both his surgeries went well. But the way they treat their patients afterwards requires serious attention specially when you are admitted to General Ward(Rs. 4500 for one day).
Firstly, their nurses are ill trained. They don't provide meals on time. They will literally make a patient lose his temper. If you need nurses' help, then forget about it. Their billing department gets negative marks. They will make you wait for hours to process it.
Overall, my experience with Apollo was pathetic. Their huge advertising banners can attract a patient for once but not retain them forever! So, if people at Apollo are reading this review then kindly open your eyes. If you don't treat us well, soon we won't give a damn.
