I met the Gynecologist in my 7th month when I was in a terrible condition. She advised better things(i was not allowed to even sit. she allowed me to move which really helped) and gradually I started feeling better. I liked the infrastructure and med facilities they have, except that the Ob/Gynecology room should have a small ultrasound machine with them like most doctors do. These guys just have a doppler to check FHR,

I opted for the single sharing room but was upgraded to a suite. Every thing that I needed to do post delivery was beautifully taken care of. The staff was friendly and cooperative. Food was sent on time and understanding the state of the mother, the staff was present thru the night for taking care of the twin babies.

Billing after the delivery was haywire. Things not provided were billed for. Things needed single were ordered double(for twins) without understanding the requirement. Eg. 2 bottles of hand sanitizers, 3 thermometers(one for me, one for baby A and 1 for baby B). who keeps 3 thermometers at home?(and I already had 2 at home!) For tablets that I used just one, the entire strip was ordered and the medical store refused to take them back because they were sold to the hospital and needed letters and what not to return. that one strip was worth 800 rupees. 2 big medical cotton rolls( now I can use them for another 10 years)There was no consideration of these useless expenditures and we had to pay!

They save data for ultrasounds and if they make a mistake in the report once, they can never correct it. My due date was 2 Jan 14 but they entered 4 jan 14. I ended up having a preterm delivery and the 2 day gap in their data affected all my reports including gestation age of my twins at the time of birth and they were not changed saying it does not make much of a difference. IT DID, TO ME!
