Rude and Insensitive staff, well trained morons are on payroll here at Indo-Gulf. they are naturals at making any patient uncomfortable and out of place.
They dont even care to reply to you queries, if u ask them how much time for your turn, they will stare at you as if you are speaking french. Then they will disappear and re-appear after some time to repeat this routine.
Very rude and inhospitable. Very bad experience indeed.
