I had recently purchased a movie voucher from ITBC, when I tried to reedem it u can call it the worst offer I had ever purchased, I had to call their Bangalore call center almost 25 times with a hold up time of almost 30 min every time and the output was same old story of being cheated.
I was told in the offer that when I buy one ticket the other will be free, but finally after spending almost 500 rs on phone I came to know that it was just 70% discount on the second ticket.
its my request to all never buy anything from India today group, the name should be CHEATERS OF TODAY GROUP .PLEASE REMOVE THE NAME INDIA FROM IT .
