I purchased a brittanica cd rom from them which never worked. It also had some freebies along with the order which was never received by me. Their phones are another good example of cheating customers.Their no. is 011-40502424.I tried to call them almost 25 times and that too was an STD. Every time someone would talk for a minute appearing almost after 6 minutes of hold time and then disconnect in the middle of the conversations.
Thus, I request all never ever try to purchase anything from them. Recently they have changed their name to bagittoday. Please beware its the same brand. These people are minting money by robbing its customers in broad daylight. I wonder what customer service do we hold in our country because recently I saw many other articles regarding the same brand. They all were duped as well. No one can do anything against such set ups except this-writing reviews to save others. I thought this would be my duty to make people aware of a fraudulent company existing amongst us.
