I had placed an order(Order#110581548) using Indiatimes shopping. I made the payment using a combination of a gift coupon and my ICICI Credit Card. This order was placed on 30th March, 2007 and the transaction was carried out on the card on 31st March, 2007.
The courier came to my house on 7th April and asked me for the full payment for the order which I had already made and thus refused to make a re-payment. The AFL courier was thus sent back to Mumbai(this has been confirmed by AFL Couriers).
I have logded in-numerable complaints to Times Internet but they simply do not care to reply back. The last complaint was Ticket Number: SHOP-279613. I also managed to file a complaint with the call centre of Indiatimes shopping(Mobile-9910118888) and have atleast 1 complaint number which they gave me-Complaint No. 156472). Everytime I call them, I am told necessary action would be taken.
BTW, I also tried escalating the matter by shooting a mail to callsupervisor@indiatimes.com addressing Mr Sahay and Mr Saurabhbut as expected they did not care replying back.
All in all a very poor user experience.
