I placed an order with IndiaTimes shopping on Aug 01, 2002. I wanted to gift some flowers to my sister on her birthday. I was told that it would take 3-4 days for them to deliver. I paid by credit card and the transaction was successful. However even when on Aug. 06, it was not delivered, I sent their customer service an email to inquire about the order status. I did not receive any response from them. I sent two more emails to the customer service a few days later to cancel my order. Till today, Aug 12, 2002 I have not received any word on my order or from the customer service. It seems that they do not bother to respond. I have been left uncertain and frustrated and very very bitter with this experience. I will never ever use Indiatimes or any of their partners for my needs anymore.
I will advise everyone to stay away from Indiatimes shopping and their partners. This is only a waste of time and an invitation to frustration.
Indiatimes is not professional in its approach to customers and its Customer Service will not bother to respond to your questions. That is what the mean by ''Customer Service''
Update on Aug. 20, 2002.
Will these people ever wake up! I have still not received any communication from Indiatimes about my order. I guess I can forget that this ever happened!
People, my very sincere advice is to stay away from Indiatimes shopping and their partners. There are plenty of other professionally managed sites for our needs!
