Myself Chaitali and today I am going to share my personal experience regarding the online E-commerce shopping website called " INDIASHOP.COM " from which I purchased and item about five days ago as I was looking for new dress for my cousins birthday and I needed it urgent so I was browsing on internet and found this website of " INDIASHOP.COM ".
First things first, The website is very very slow, As soon as I opened this website pop-up and pop-under ad windows started opening and I cant even see my main window due to ad windows, But somehow I closed all the windows and saw the website interface for the first time. The website looks very old and less maintained. It is blue and white in color. And no recent update regarding the company or the product was their. The website is very heavy and my computer started hanging. And browsing this website is very difficult as the website is full of digital ad banners. So the searching process is very slow and poor quality experience.
Second most important thing, The features are very less. Only one search option, sign up, buy products, contact us, thats it. no other options were their. The search option is not very good, as it lacks sorting and other searching options. So you need to search a lot of product for getting your product. It cant sort the product in different ways. So I started searching one by one and it took me two hours to get a product of my choice. This company has got very less number of brands. Only few brands with very selected size of products. And others are all local made cloths and stuffs. SO you need to be very careful while ordering from them. The Collection is not very good and vast. Very limited collection is their.
Now after finding the right product I needed to register myself in order to place the order. The registering process is very slow and it requires a lot of question and answer for no reason, it took me almost 30 minutes, a phone verification and an email verification was done. Then I signed to my account and went to place the order, But I found no cash on delivery option was their, so for a new buyer like me to aishwaryasingh23 in advance to a new website is like not very comfortable experience, but still I paid them via net banking, and once the aishwaryasingh23ment is done they said it will take three working days for the dress to reach to my address.
But seven days went by no one came to deliver the dress, Then I tried to contact the customer service but the line was busy, I tried for three days but no answer, and after ten days the product came without any notice. And the delivery process took a long time. So the shipping process is not very good, you will not get your product on time. So be aware of this fact.
Now as soon as I opened the box I saw a different color product is delivered to me, and the size is not the same. The quality of the product is not very good and different then the one which they have shown me on picture. The color was faded and the product is bad in quality. The finishing is very poor and is local market product. So they show a product and deliver a different product. Don't trust them. So the reliability is zero for this company.
So I decided to return this dress and wanted to get my money back. And I tried to contact the customer service, but it took me three long day to get them on phone. and I said that they have given me wrong product and the quality is not the same. but they said they only deliver tested product and they will not be able to give the money back. So I was stuck and I had to take the product. The shopping experience is very bad, the product is very bad, customer service is not at all good, they only take your money and give a bad product, the collections is bad. So don't purchase any thing from this company. I will give a zero out of ten for the shopping experience. Don't buy or don't let let others to shop from this company.
