Dear All,
please let me know how to sue a online company for the fraud.
As indiarush is not refunding my amount for the defective product which is their fault as they had sent the wrong product to my doorstep and now they dont have any product of the same amount which they have credit in their fraud site and are forcing me to select a product which is of higher amount and asking me to pay more.
Really I want to sue this site at least other will be saved from their fraud.
