I have lost faith in Indiaplaza. I have spent more money on trying to reach thier customer care than on the book. I ordered a book on 6th Sept. They said that the book will be shipped by 12th. Later they said that they don't have the book and are sourcing it from other suppliers.
I have sent over 10 emails to thier customer care, tried tweeting them as well as contacting on facebook. but NO RESPONSE.
if they don't have a book in stock then why are they selling it online ?
PATHETIC WEBSITE------ > DO NOT TRUST.
What ever you save in thier discounts you will lose more than that on your phone bills.
