Kindly avoid buying any items from India Plaza. Let me tell you true story. They tempt you to buy in big amounts by offering big discounts but this is one variety of cheating( who will give 5000 Cash back if you buy for more than 5000 Rs/- ). Previously also I made a mistake by buying flight ticket through this website.
My uncle offered me to procure Refrigerator on the occasion of Diwali.
I have ordered Godrej Edge 183 L, Gde 19 B1 And ( gift 2Pc Non Stick Cookware) on october 17 2008. from Chennai and they offered 3 varients of colurs( red, lavender, brushed steel), I choose brushed steel , and they charged my credit card immediately on the same day and after exactly one week they called me again saying only laveder and red colurs are available and again I choose only laveder colour with some dissatisfaction. ( they should have called me on the same day or next day of purchase , regarding colour , so that there is no delay in product delivery) and waited for the product. I waited till diwali and came back from Hyderabad , and still there is no product delivery and on 29th October 2008 , I got call from Indiaplaza stating that there is only Red colour available .
Then I really under frustration, I spent Diwali with out having Refrigerator as a gift from my Uncle. I shouted at them to cancel my order , and for cancellation of order also there is a lot of delay. Finally I could see my cancellation on November 3rd 2008 , and still waiting for money back to credit card.
Moral of the story : Kindly Visit your nearest retailer or electronics shop to buy valuables…
I have enough proof with me about top story.
