I have placed prepaid order I26071300009, its been more than 10 days the order has not been shipped. I tried customer care, but no one is picking up. I came to know the company's financial condition is not good.

I don't know they are planning to take my money as donation or what?!

I raised cancellation issue request today, hope I get my money back else I have only one option left to go for a complaint against them.
