My advice to everyone is that, please don't buy anything from Indiaplaza, I made an order on 16th Oct 2011 with order number(IN1610111453), when I logged into indiaplaza on 30 Oct 2011 I was surprised by seeing the item marked as delivered, but I have not received the product. I called the customer care and after specifying my problem to them I was given a complaint number and was told that they have shipped the item by first flight courier and are waiting for POD(Proof of Delivery). I was asked to wait for 7-10 days as it takes 7-10 days to receive POD, I had to wait again I called on 15th Nov, now its almost a month after ordering the item, again the same answer waiting for POD. I kept calling them and got the same answer. Still I have not got any communication from Indiaplaza and also I have not received the item.
Its not that firstflight couriers deliver the item to a wrong address, because couple of days before(16th Oct 2011) I ordered an item on timtara.com and I received it safely via firstflight, and moreover on timtara the shipping is free of charge and I had paid 26 rs for shipping on INDIAPLAZA, looks like even after paying we get worst shipping service from Indiaplaza.
Indiaplaza also has a ticketing system, which actually sucks, I raised a query(11/25/2011 11:16:47 AM) for my complaint and there appeared a message saying your query would be answered before 11/27/2011, Does anyone think that my query was answered? Obviously the answer was NO, how I could expect the ticketing system to answer, when phone calls are answered as please wait for sometime.
My suggestion to all, please avoid these kind of service from indiaplaza and save yourself getting into situations like me.
