Please cancel my order (030320090756) for Asus P-750 as soon as possible. I had placed an order for Asus PDA Phone P-750 on 3rd March 2009 (Order No 030320090756)at https://indiaplaza.in and paid through credit card.
The item was not shipped for almost 16 days though the website displayed that the item will be shipped by 5thMarch 09, then changed its status to ‘will be shipped by 13 March, then to 19thMarch. I called IndiaPlaza many times for the status of shipment and they toldme that the Asus Phone is out of stock (Then Why you display it on website andaccept orders)
My money is blocked for almost 16 days and on 19thMarch I decided to cancel the order because once the bill is generated from mybank, I have to pay without receiving item. (who will compensate for phone calls) There are no measures that areundertaken to compensate the customer who might have booked the item in goodfaith in order to gift it to someone or urgent personal use on a specifieddate.
The items that are displayed on the website may actually be notavailable. (Though the webpage states that the item is in stock at the time ofbooking). I think this is totally unethicalbusiness practice. I will try in taking this case tothe appropriate forum.
Thisis my genuine advice to all online buyers, Pls Pls donot buy anything from IndiaPlaza.in. I have been cheated by thiswebsite andthere so called customer department.. Whenever I make a complaint theyhave only oneanswer that you will be updated soon regarding your shipment detailsandafter that they send a survey to gather praise from customers and theynever call or mail about delay in delivery of ordered items.
My biggest mistake was not to read fromMouthshut.com and other sites about reviews of Indiaplaza. I never had anybad experiences of buying products online except for this one.
