I have shopped many times before from Indiaplaza over the past few years and the service was quite OK. However, as per my recent transaction with them (ID - I19081300002), it has been 15 days and I have still not heard about my product whereas the delivery time indicated on the site was 1-2 days.


What is bizarre is that while the payment is received by them, the product is not shipped. I keep raising new tickets, sending new reminders and sending new mails and while I get an automated mail saying the query would be resolved in 24 hours, I have not got one single reply. What's more, despite innumerable efforts to call them, there is absolutely no response or no one picks up.


I learnt that the company is facing financial difficulties but in that case, it should not take up orders if they cannot honor them. This kind of duping has happened with many such people as the forums suggest and it is a matter of time where the company gets sued.


I am still at sea about my product status but I will get my product with interest. I urge any innocent reader of my post to be careful.
