I faced many problems after placing orders on indiaplaza .... mine hard earned money went for a toss. The order is cancelled but REFUND IS NOT DONE, NO CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER TO SPEAK, NO REPLIES TO COMPLAINTS RAISED ONLINE, NO REPLY TO MAIL SENT TO CEO@INDIAPLAZA.COM
FINALLY CAME TO KNOW THAT THEY HAVE VACATED THE OFFICE THAT WAS IN HALASURU... I THINK THE CEO HAS RAN AWAY TO TRICHY WITH HIS FAMILY. ANOTHER BAD THING IS EVEN THE WORKERS WERE NOT PAID FOR MONTHS TOGETHER (CAME TO KNOWN BY AN EMPLOYEE.....NOT MENTIONING HIS NAME AS PER HIS REQUEST ).
I have filed a case with halasuru police station and there were 4 complaints pending, dont know how much is there in rest of the stations. He and his family should be behind the bars for the forgery he has done.... atleast he should sell the company to anyone who knows to do business.
Finally the website was good around 2008 but now it is like a Titanic. At least they should pay back the customers money if not able to do business.
Beware citizens and sellers post as much as complaints against this bull s company and kick them from the market.
