I tried to call them regarding an order (a book) that apparently has not arrived after 15 days it was placed and confirmed. At the moment, I am supposed to be 'caller number one in the line' ... but no one is picking up my call since last half an hour. The book was supposed to be a gift for my kid brother who would be leaving home soon now.
Absolutely disgusting ...
The only good thing is their website design and payment options that are offered (makes sense ... they want your money, don't they)
