I bought 8 books on Indiaplaza and was given a scheduled delivery time of less than a week. When most of my books didn't turn up, I called their customer support and kept calling - most of the time nobody picks up at the other end. Their online support form also fails to provide answers -
I just got general statements that didn't help. After over a month, I started getting cancellation emails because they couldn't find the books. It's ridiculous to sell something that they don't have - and in the end, 5 out of 8 of my books didn't turn up. I now buy from infibeam.com and flipkart.com - they deliver when they say they will.
