I ordered for 3 pens in November 2012 vide order numbers I03111201855, I03111201867 and I05111200384. There have been many problems with all these orders. I have been regularly following up with Syed on the issues (same are being reproduced below once again), but despite of my innumerable emails and phone calls, I am not getting any response. - One of the pen was received without engraving.




  • Other 2 pens were delivered very late (one after 17 days of ordering and the other after alomost after 1 month). The delivery time indicated on the website was 4-5 days (I can share screenshots indicating this if required). I had ordered these pens specially for the purpose of gifting on Diwali but due to this huge delay, my whole purpose was defeated.




Syed had repeatedly assured me to arrange for a solution but ther have been no reply from him. He has even stopped coming on phone to talk about the case. This is a little complicated case so it is not practical to explain everything to a new CC Executive each time. I have received a refund for one of the order (not sure it is against which order because I didn't receive any written communication/information in this regard. Only a lady had called me to inform about this). But for other 2 pens, I am yet to receive any solution.


Also, as informed to Syed/customer care earlier, the pen delivered against the 2 orders does not seem to be a new one and seems that the engraving was done on some old stock or rejected item. It has some harsh scratches on it. Pictures of the same have already been sent to Syed/indiaplaza on his request. Also, the engraving is not as sharp & pleasant as it should have been. For this, I compared the same with a similar pen that I ordered earlier (a fourth pen) and I am using presently. Comparative picture showing this is were also sent to the customer care/Syed. Overall, I would say that it is not a new product and has a bad quality overall. In view of the above, I strongly feel that Indiaplaza is shying away from it's responsibility by sitting idle on the issues and by not responding/replying.


I shop regularly online, across a number of websites, but my experience with indiaplaza is really not positive. They have a really good way of losing their regular customers.
