Indiaplaza told me that they will send me an email but again the same thing no email, no reply, no response to ticket number.
Again false promise they made as they have been doing from the beginning. So could not trust on them with the new promise that if I go to their office and return this product then they will return my money.
Finally I had to retain the other product which I received against my order.
Its a worst online website for buying anything.

Finally I got the carrying case and will be receiving 250 gift voucher as a compensation.
Finally I am satisfied, I got this experience that everyone needs to follow-up with them. but make sure that you are following up with the correct person. It will be taken care.
