I regularly use freerecharge and got a few indiaplaza coupons from them this time. I ordered a few things under order number IN0109110269 on 1st September 2011. Initially they cancelled it.
I asked them the reason for cancellation and they said that they didnt receive the payment. It was strange since my credit card online banking showed a debit for the same. I wrote them another ticket on 6th September and since then they havent replied, not adhering to any of their so called ticket closure deadlines.
Payment is under the head:

I am amazed that they are so brazen about it, they have debited money from my card, exhausted the coupon I used from freerecharge and still have the audacity to claim I didnt pay them. I am willing to take this to logical conclusion and will post this all over the Internet.
I will also file a chargeback to my card company and complain to visa to cancel merchant license of cheat websites like these.
