Indiaplaza is my worst online experience so far. I have tried letsbuy, koovs, taggle, flipkart, 99labels, timtara and whatnot! BUT INDIAPLAZA really stands out, because it never ever sent me my first purchase!


These guys really dont know how to run an online shopping site. Their Customer Care is literally dead. Call them if you have a lot of money to throw away and want to chat some stupid guy in exchange!


Whenever I call them am caller no. 10 or something! No point letting them make fool of you!


I already had all such bad reviews of this site but still wanted to see how bad can it be. So bought the cheapest thing I guess, an ENTER data card reader, worth Rs 39 only! And believe you me, I hv spent many more on calling them. Status says shipped, but God knows to whom!


The other ridiculous thing is their "Raise Ticket" trick. It says it'll be answered within 24hours, but I really cudnt get these 24 hours must go by which planet, its not our Earth for sure!. Raised 3 tickets so far, with no reply what so ever!


If any of you INDIAPLAZA guy get to read this, just one word for you . SHAME!
