I had ordered a pack of tooth brush from shop clues. To my bad luck it got shipped from this courier agency. They were having a good tracking system.
After the shipment reached mysore , I got a shock. I saw that my order was not delivered. In their website they updated it as delivered and signed by me. I tried to complain on their website, the mail id given is a fake one. then I had to complain shopclues about it . Still no resolution.
Big time cheaters and they dont deliver the product and update in their systems as delivered and keep the items themselves. Never ever trust these guys. Any body shipping with them , think 100 times.
