This is about my travel on Indian railways from chandigarh to roorkee, my pnr no 2539319288, train no.15012.We were travelling in AC3TIER.
On boarding the train we found that our seats were already occupied by some other people.on asking them to vacant our seats they just moved a bit aside and made a small space for us where we could barely sit.on asking them their tickets they rudely replied that they havent booked their tickets and we wont have the right to dictate which seats they will occupy.
We were extremely shocked how could they behave with us like even though they havent booked the ticket and were illegally travelling.we immediately informed the Ticketchecker and to our surprise he didnt even take any action .he coolly replied that this kind of things often happen, here many people travel without tickets and if he tries to protest the public will beat him.what the hell?
We are paying 1000 rs each ticket to travel in AC Compartments so that we can travel safely and here the people are travelling in ac without tickets.this is not at all fair and I seriously want to lodge a complain against the ticket collector who refused to take any steps despite our complaining.this is not at all fair.we were travelling on 15th november at evening 5pm in the above mentioned train.kindly I would request the indian railways to take steps into this matter
