I subscribed to the exclusive package of Indianmoney.com(website of SuvisionHoldings Private Limited) to get leads for selling life insurance products on the 10th of March, 2014. Once, I paid them the money their attitude changed immediately.
I was given all kinds of useless leads. All the leads I got were either people who were not contactable or who were not interested in any plan. Even after my repeated calls to them regarding this there was no response or improvement in the quality of leads. Therefore, I asked them to refund my money as I got completely fed up with them but there reply was that we don’t refund money. Till date not a single person has showed interest even in meeting to discuss the plan leave aside taking a policy. I have sent them feedback too regarding this.
I request you to see to it that such things are stopped and the evil which is spread by them should be nipped in the bud. They are just collecting money from the people and then just provide them leads which are not at all useful. Also, when one tries to contact them or tell them the issues they just become deaf to the problem of the customers.Hope to get justice in this matter as such companies should not be allowed to operate for misleading and looting money from the people.
