Growing up in Bangalore ... I had the opportunity to taste one of the
most amazing culinery treats available to man. For those that are
herbivores .. I would request you to please ignore my review for it could
hurt your sentiments, to picture man seeking and finding such joy in the
consumption of .. if u will excuse me .. a delicious preparation of
succulent meat.
The burger ... sometimes a reference to the meat patty in the buns or
at times the whole creation of the chef, is supposed to be one of the
most preferred sources of nourishment to ppl in the Yankee States and
loads of Gen X .. Y .. Z and etc in India. Having tasted numerous samples
the world over .. I must proudly proclaim that the burger at Indianaz
on Brigade Road, Bangalore, India is a lip smackin' class apart.
When I refer to that burger - I refer to the whole deal ... the Jumbo
burger and it comes with a mayonnaise sauce, that causes one to lick
ones chops and later fall back into a blissful siesta - thankful that
they were lucky enough to have, if not once again - at least once ..
savored the best burger ever. The process of partaking in this delightful
meal is simple .. u order a jumbo burger .. get your favorite aerated
drink and that oh so important bottle of mayonnaise sauce .. and of
course a whole lot of paper napkins ... I promise u once u get one bite in
.. u'll get a lil messy ;). Start pourin on the mayonnaise sauce and bon
apetit !
Btw .. its a secular meat that the burger contains - mutton :).
