Great card. Review on IndianOil Citibank Credit Card

I am a citibank credit card customer since 2006. I was using ICICI before and cancelled it because of there horrible service and changed to citibank. I have 2 citi cards. Citibank Indian oil card and cash back card. I will write my experience with citi bank and those 2 cards below.

Citi bank indian oil card: ==

Few good things about the citi bank indian oil card is earning turbo points and can redeem those at the indian oil outlets.

I dont want to comment about Indian oil as I always trust HP. How ever the rising fuel price made me to choose them. I am a regular spender using credit card and I filled petrol worth Rs 1800/- for free with those turbo points. I was having aroung 2200 points at that time. I redeemed them and got free petrol from Indian oil. They also waive fuel surcharge which cost around 60 bucks for Rs.2300/-

Citi bank cash back card:

Great thing about the citi cash back card is they also have cash back points. Once these point got accumalated to 500, they credited me Rs.500 back.

Things I like about Citi bank credit cards:

1: Customer service: let me say it wont take much time to connect to a customer care officer. I have a hard time experience in calling ICICI bank. But calling citi phone officer is smooth and they are prompt in reply. What I dont like is there last question " Sir there is a loan offer. do you like to avail it?"

2: Mobile and internet banking: Citibank has a mobile and internet banking application which is very easy to use. Mobile app helps to recharge mobile, fund transfer and many more. But this app is not good as ICICI bank mobile application "Imobile"

3: Points(turbo or cash back points): This is the most exciting thing and also available with other credit card providers too. I got free fuel, free cash back etc with this.

4: Prompt delivery of renewed credit card after expiry

5: They have tie up with few restaurants with offers. I like that.

6: Kiosk machines at ATM's: Citi kiosk machines at atms are so useful to recharge mobile when there is no recharge shops or internet cafe available. They charge around 3 Rs as service charge for a 50 Rs recharge.

Things I DON'T like about Citi bank credit cards: Redeem reward points online: I don't like the redeem reward points online service offered by them. I have tried to redeem my reward points online and I place the order. But I never got any response from them. ICICI bank has the same service and they delivered my order promptly.

Citi bank some time charges an additional service charge even they already charge me service charge. I dont know what this charge is.

I have been using 2 citi cards since 2006 and wish to be there customer for long until and unless they change there mind to not care about customers.
