I am using the citibank indian oil credit card from the last 5 years, the card is very good if you have a two or four wheelr. For every 150/-rs spent you will get 4 rs. So you can consider for you the petrol price is reduced by two rupees for every litre.
The card was offered free for life time and I didn't paid any annual fee till now. Even I got loan on card for 5 lakhs with out any document verificaton. I got the the loan at 14% interest rate and got the demand draft in 3 days.
Also citi bank will save you from any frauds happening on your card. I had couple of times delayed the payment of my credit card bill, but citi bank didn't charged a single rupee as late fee or interest rate. I am even planning to take salary account from citi, the customer care is really helpful
