I am happy user of Citi bank Indian Oil credit card. first of all, I was always wary of taking any credit cards, and has resisted all the marketing campaigns of Banks for credit cards.
This year, due to my investments in studies, I had got low on "working capital" and hence thought of taking credit card for facing the few months of the crunch.
It has come in handy. I am getting good credit limit (about 1.2 lacs, but using only 20% maximum judiciously). I get 45 days of credit limit. Its like getting about 25 to 30 k credit for free of charge i.e., no interest . More over, I get 1% return on the credit I take!!.
So, the bottom line is if you pay your bills in time, and use the card judiciously, You will reap good benefits.
