In all the ways Citi bank employees don’t understand what customer is telling. Customer needs adjust whatever bank will do.
If you have salary ac or credit card then bank fellows will keep on call the customers to take loans, Unfortunately I had not paid 3 emis due to job loss and at the same time nearly 25Lak loss in share market(2008), loan rescheduled and then as soon as statement generates then system is going to call every day twice and I cant scold also as there is no person, I struggle with for 6-7 months and approached so many fellows and ways, finally I kept BSNL customer number in my profile and CITI bank system calls and BSNL takes calls. Finally one fellow identified and added once again my mobile number.
My Cibil report contains BSNL customer care number and also repeated numbers of mine(9964328520, 919964328520, 09964328520). Like this many minor issues become major only in CITI bank.
If your time bad then go for CITI bank else you can select ICICI bank card which I never had issues.
