Useful and convenient. I get the bill and payment details
by email. no botheration at all. many other card companies send
the bill by post which can be delayed or even misplaced.
no such risk in email .
i just pay by local cheque. I put the cheque in the drop box
in the city.
i got the card only recently when I purchased a new maruti
car , wagon r. they did not ask for any written application at all.
they just contacted over phone and I got the card within a fortnight.
very pleasing experience indeed. especially when compared
with other card companies including nationalized banks.
i paid the bills on due date and did not avail any loan
facility. so I am not aware of the interest charges, default
penalty etc. which I guess may be pretty high.
another small irritant is that there are no branches of city bank
near my place. so settlement of disputes if any may be difficult.
